Q1. Can I as an individual or our organization also donate used equipment?

Q2. Can I as an individual contribute to Career Insider?
A2. Yes, you can. All contributions, no matter how small will be greatly treasured.

Q3. What’s next for the students upon completion of your program?
A3. The next step is to get hired as an intern or fresh graduate (after the participant's completion of the course).

Q4. How long is Career Insider program?
A4. One day Foundation.
Career Insider Day 2 and other supporting courses will be offered soon.

Q5. How much is the sponsorship per student?
A5. HK$2,000/ SG$320/ RM999 / US$249 for a 1 day course.

Q6. The CSR initiative is in 3 Countries: Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. Can my organization choose which country or countries to sponsor?
A6. Yes, you can. If your organization is based in any of these 3 countries, the sponsorship will automatically be for the country the organization is based, unless stated otherwise. For example the regional Headquarters in Hong Kong or Singapore can also sponsor all 3 countries especially if they have business presence in the countries.

Q7. For Malaysian Scholarships, assuming the student is from another state/town, who bares the traveling and lodging cost?
A7. Currently, Career Insider is an online webinar, so all students will Study From Home.

Q8. Can you share any after program report?
A8. The original Career Insider course did not have a follow-up session. Therefore, we have no data to compare. However, in the current course there will be an optional follow-up program.

B)  FAQ on Career Insider - for UNIVERSITIES & IHEs

Q1. What if is there are more than 10 applicants for the 10 Scholarships given to my University?
A1. We suggest the following 2 criteria for the selection of Scholarships:
● 2 Basic Criteria for Scholarship Selection:
1. Preferably Year 2 and Final Year Internship students.
2. Preferably Good CGPA: at least B grade or 3.0
However, if the CGPA is less than 3.0, other outstanding “street-smart” achievements will be considered such as a) being active in university’s extracurricular activities, with responsibilities  b) qualities: leadership, team player, creativity.
● After the 10 Scholarships, there will be a Special Covid-19 price (standard rate: HK$1,999 /SG$320/RM999/US$250 ): HK$399 /SG$64 /RM199 /US$49 ;   OR HK$199 /SG$32 /RM99 /US$25 x 3 installments /  (without any criteria prerequisite).
Q2. Is there are any binding contracts or prior agreement for the 10 scholarship holders?
A2. No, there are no binding contracts. Scholarship holders have options to continue to get Team Support and Coaching if they choose to continue with Part 2 of Career Insider.

C)  FAQ on Career Insider - for CAREER INSIDER APPLICANTS (Both for Scholarship or subsidized paying)
Q1. Is my University participating in Career Insider Scholarship?
A1. Firstly, check if your university is listed (click here >> http://www.changeu.co/sponsors--universities-involved.html
Note: Over 50 Universities in Hong Kong/ Singapore/ Malaysia have been contacted to be part of the Career Insider Scholarship Initiative (CISI).
The following Universities have communicated their interest in the Career Insider Scholarship initiative, and will post information on their social media, website, etc (watch this space for latest news):

For undergraduate students, please APPLY through own University application process.
If your university has not participated, you can ask your university to request for the 10 Scholarships, email to: ChangeUInfo @gmail.com. It will be promptly approved.
Supply your university information about: A) the relevant department (e.g. student affairs, corporate & community development, career development, etc.) and B) Person-in-charge  C) Email  D) Phone (if possible).

Q2. I was not selected by my university for Scholarship, how else can I do?
A2. If your CGPA is less than 2.7, your chance for scholarship is low. For those who were NOT selected for the 10 Scholarships for each University, they can still apply for the Special Subsidized Covid-19 price (without any criteria prerequisite):  (standard rate: HK$1,999 /SG$320/RM999/US$250 ): HK$399 /SG$64 /RM199 /US$49 ;   OR HK$199 /SG$32 /RM99 /US$25 x 3 instalments (per month)

Q3. 150% Money Back Guarantee - how does it work?
A3. We will give you an EXTRA HK$200/ SG$32/ RM100/ US$25 (extra 50% of Special Covid-19 price) for wasting your time, if you did not benefit, after using Career Insider for 90 days. However, this guarantee does not apply for scholarships.

Q4. What is the next step after the 1 day Career Insider?
A4. There will be day 2 and other supporting courses.
