Foo served as the longest serving VP in the world's largest hotel, for 11 years. His last job was managing 4 Hotels in Resorts World Genting as Vice President Hotel Operations.
During his tenure, Genting Grand was awarded Forbes Travel Guide 4 Star and Maxims Hotel was awarded recommended ratings since February 2018. Both hotels were the first Forbes-rated hotels in Malaysia in 2018.
