Q1. How secure is my company’s data?
A. Because you are given a username and password, and input your own data into your own pc, therefore your company’s data is totally safe. Why, because TDash is not on-line. We simply provide you the dashboard/program for your sole usage.
Q2. Can TDash be shared in Google Sheets or Dropbox?
A. From our users, we do not advice to put TDash in Google Sheets or Dropbox as there will a big messy headache to track and correct conflicting copies. We strongly recommend you to buy a multiple user package.
Q3. Is the software limited to a certain amount of data entries?
A. No, it has no limit, such as for the total number of employee entries.
Q4. What customer services will I get for the 3 year package?
A. You will hardly need any customer service as the TDash dashboard is designed to be very easy and simple to use. The most common customer service problems are forgetting the user/password, and entering data into the wrong column.
Q5. Is it possible to print out the data?
A. Yes, TDash can print out just like any Excel document.
Q6. What if the pc/ laptop is replaced or reformatted within the 3 year period?
A. It is not an issue as long as you have back up version.
Q7. Can I duplicate copies for a TDash single user license?
A. A TDash single user license comes with a barcode. A user can buy one copy of the dashboard license and use this software in a single pc. The user is not allowed to distribute or duplicate copies. Any duplication will be subjected to a breach of license usage.

A. Yes, you get a free one month trial period, for TDash Training 1.0 - with a maximum of 180 entries.

Q2. What if the job grade changes when yearly employee promotions are announced?
A. You only need to change the job grade one-time in the "List" part of TDash which normally take 5 seconds to search by Employee ID and change "Job Grade" for each individual.

A. TDash is a closed coding system. Any tempering of the coding will render the warranty void.

A. Contact TDash Administrator ([email protected]), we will email your username n password to your registered email.
