If your HRMS does NOT have a Training Module, then you must key-in raw training data direct into TDash after importing from your HRMS 4 Columns of 1. Employee ID 2. Name 3. Department 4. Job Grade. But you can't import the Training Metrics data back to HRMS since the HR software do not have a Training module.
Now if it does have a Training Module, the second question is what type of training metrics data are you entering or compiling?

Therefore, this single file or 4 column csv. file import into TDash takes only a few steps and a few minutes compared to the many minutes of raw data entries of individual data into HRMS.
The second step in TDash set-up is keying-in raw 'Individual Training Data'.
Q5. Can I import TDash Training Metrics back to HRMS.?
A. Most likely it will be difficult as most HR Softwares may not have a Training Module with ALL the 11 TDash Training Metrics & 8 Talent Acquisition HR Metrics.
Q6. Can I have more HR Metrics?
A. For each customized HR metric report you want, you must key-in the relevant raw data for every employee. Our user surveys have found that the HR Metrics of TrainingPRO and Talent are more than sufficient to cover most users’ needs. With limited manpower to key in data, most users tend to concentrate on the TDash HR Metrics that matter the most. The other HR Metrics maybe great to have or to know, but at the end of the day it is simply unproductive wishful thinking. We highly recommend to start with the TrainingPRO and/or Talent first. After using TDash proficiently, you may explore Customization such as the Tracking Feature.

Q7. My top managment insist and love lots and lots of unnecessary data reports, what can I do about it?
