Q. Is there base salary, or is it on commission only?
A. A Robren Affiliate is considered a Certified Franchisee, and a Business Owner operating a Robren Franchise business and most likely be leading a team. How successful or productive will a Robren Franchise Affiliate be will depend on 4 factors:
1. How many hours a week one is committed to operate one’s franchise business.
2. Income goals. Obviously the higher the income goal, the more smart effort is required.
3. Infinite positive mindset vs finite negative mindset.  
4. Your connections.

Therefore, this is not a salaried position. This is an entrepreneur platform. At this pioneering stage, there will be no Franchise Startup Capital needed to own this business. Other franchise startup capital usually will range from US$2,500/RM10,000 to US$12,500/RM50,000.
