4 Types of Angel Investors Joint-Ventures:
Angel Type #1 Entry-level Angel (Fixed amounts)
Minimum investment lot: US$10,000.

Who makes a good entry-level investor?
Retired or the near retired with spare cash (never use 100% retirement payouts for risky investments), middle managers, or a group of young investor friends who knows that a direct business investment (not the stock market) can be many times more profitable than a property investment in the face of bad economy and forex.

Angel Type #2 SME business
Chaen's Angels can speedily establish a group of investors and slient partners for specific new ventures.
The start-ups will be operated by professional managers and top VC Strategists.


Angel Type #3 IPO Business
This type of business has the hight potential to IPO with an exit strategy. The maximum investment is 30% of shares.

Angel Type #4 IPO VC and M&A entities
This type is working with established Merger & Acquistion and instutional investors, usually when the start-up has established after 2 years.
