3 Conflicting Priorities and Focus
ChangeU has long discovered that nearly all consultancy, recruitment, and training are traditionally and currently three separate functions or businesses servicing the organization. Invariably quite often these 3 functions clash with destructive, conflicting, and confusing priorities. Organizational resources, time and money were wasted when both external and internal consultants, recruiters, and trainers compete fiercely against each other for a bigger budget.

In many organizations, "left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing".

As an organization expands faster and bigger, it is very common to find out that there is no overall PIC (person-in-charge) of integrating all the new changes happening concurrently in many departments.


Triple Headaches & Heartaches
This is where ChangeU PROFESSIONAL comes in, usually after much headaches and heartaches of a Recruiter or a Talent Acquistion Manager hiring and firing un-matched managers with wrong competencies. Individual manager's competencies were not properly assessed by a Consultant or Recruiter through an Employer Assessment Center which lead the Recruiter, HR Manager or Line Manager to hire a manager based on a "halo" effect (i.e. based on subjective emotions and "blue-eyed boy" bias favoritism).  This leads to a failure in succession planning; and a Training Manager sending managers to attend learning & development programs that they don't need.


​What is a "Cross-Team Aligned Transformation Mission"? 
Δ  A Cross-Team Aligned Transformation Mission is a project initiative about:

The majority of the time, clients then to work initially with one of the 3 ChangeU Professionals (CRT = Consultant-Recruiter-Trainer). But over time progressive clients will see "the proven magic, beauty, and excellent results" of working with an assigned  ChangeU Aligned Team of CRT Professionals. ChangeU Professionals work seamlessly to achieve common consulting-recruitment-training goals and objectives of cross-teams.
