Q. Which companies have participated in the 10 Qualities of the Diamond Leader?
A.    Fortune 500 corporations and top brands such as Coca-Cola China, GAP, Hong Kong Airport Services, Petronas, HSBC, Bank Negara, Public Bank, Sime Darby, SingTel, TM, P&G, MSC, Nestle, Shangri-La, Samsung, and Berjaya have participated in Diamond Leader.

Q. How is the 10 Qualities of the Diamond Leader PowerCamp different from other leadership programs?
A.    Participants commented that Diamond Leader is very different in that the principles are fresh, and made alive with exciting experiential games, whereas other leadership programs that they had attended were too theoretical, and only boring lecture format. They also commented that the participants are of high caliber, some are high potential young talent, and many are Human Resources Directors, and CEOs from many industry leaders.

Q. Why is leadership more important than management?
A.     Management usually is about hierarchy and status, whereas anyone can be a leader regardless of seniority. Leadership is about having values like character, integrity, acumen, vision, and mastering soft skills such as communication, creativity, decision-making, and motivating a team which are vital factors in any organization. Management on the other hand is more about functional skills. 

Q. Many network marketing or multi-level marketing (MLM) companies such as Amway uses the term “diamond” in their ranking status, are you related to MLM companies?
A.     No, we are not related to any MLM companies, albeit some of them are our clients. At ChangeU, we use a lot meaningful symbols which are more memorable than plain abstract management jargon. We use “diamond” as a metaphor for polishing the raw manager into a brilliant Diamond Leader.
